Meet Nilu Maboudi, M.D.

Nilu Maboudi, M.D., joined Griffin & Reed Eye Care in July of 1999. Dr. Maboudi attended the University of California, Los Angeles and graduated with a BS in Biology. Dr. Maboudi then attended medical school at Tulane University School of Medicine, graduating in 1995, before serving an Ophthalmology internship at Oschner Foundation Hospital. She completed her training through residency at Tulane University School of Medicine. Prior to joining Griffin & Reed Eye Care, she studied under Marguerite McDonald, M.D., the first surgeon to perform Laser Vision Correction in the United States. Dr. Maboudi is a member of the surgical team at Griffin & Reed Eye Care and enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.
