Everything went smoothly.  Things were explained in great detail through every step of the process.  I heard about Griffin & Reed from the Rob, Arnie and Dawn show on 98.5 Rock.  Even though it is a far drive from the East Bay Area, I wanted to select surgeons with plenty of experience, thorough explanations, and good references.  The website was very detailed.  Dr. Reed was great with all the explanations and seemed very trustworthy.
