I feel like the staff actually cares about my well being. They act like they like being at work & that my experience matters! I felt safe every step. (Why did you select Griffin & Reed Eye Care for your laser vision correction?) Staff very helpful with questions even weeks before my final decision. No pressure & all the info & details I needed. No rushing - even when I can tell you're busy! Thank you for making me matter! (Please share any suggestions that would help make the experience at Griffin & Reed Eye Care better.) Really - none! Maybe move closer to me!!! Love you guys - you are now my full-time eye professionals. The distance is worth it. (What was your favorite moment during your time with us?) You are always right on time. My time seems to matter. I travel from Oroville & it is nice that appointments are on schedule.
Dr. Reed was great! Very comforting and easy to talk to. I'm so glad to have been referred to Griffin & Reed. Everyone was very friendly and informative. Care, time spent explaining procedure - excellent. No compalints - awesome team! (Why did you select Griffin & Reed Eye Care for your laser vision correction?) Armstrong & Getty advertisement / their personal reveiws and feedback were positive and credible. I love the fact that I was a candidate for monovision. Being able to wear my sunglasses and read is just wonderful! (What was your favorite moment during your time with us?) I have two: How quick the actual procedure was and being able to see so much better the very next day.
I was afraid to take a "chance" with my vision, but Dr. Reed's confidence and excellent information made me want to do the surgery. Everyone was kind and very helpful. (Why did you select Griffin & Reed Eye Care for your laser vision correction?) Because of the excellent experience my daughter had at Griffin & Reed. She is very frightened of all doctors and all the staff were wonderful to her - even through a panic attack. They were just as wonderful with me. My vision is now even better than I hoped for. When I had my picture taken with Dr. Reed - it meant the surgery was over - and I had actually done it - and by then I could already see better. (My husband's favorite part is the mocha machine!) I also really appreciated the after surgery call from Dr. Reed!

Very personable with me. I didn't expect my vision to be as good as it is.
Dr. Reed & staff are kind, warm professionals. (Why did you select Griffin & Reed Eye Care for your laser vision correction?) Dr. Reed had performed LASIK on my sister-in-law > 10 years ago. Decided G&R would be my best fit - and apparently, I was right! Couldn't be happier! My only regret is not doing this sooner! (What was your favorite moment during your time with us?) Getting to consult with Dr. Reed. That man is impossible to dislike.
