Amazing!!! (Why did you select Griffin & Reed Eye Care for your laser vision correction?) A friend recommended Griffin & Reed. Once I met Dr. Maboudi I was 100% sure she was the right doc! I thought the doc would tell me I wasn't a good candidate for PRK. I was wrong. Dr. Maboudi changed my life. My vision is now 20/20! (What was your favorite moment during your time with us?) Do I have to pick just one? The moment Dr. Maboudi told me that she could fix my eyes.
Everything was awesome! Knowledegable & friendly staff! Dr. Maboudi & everyone who helped me was fabulous! (Why did you select Griffin & Reed Eye Care for your laser vision correction?) My coworker's daughter had LASIK with Dr. Reed & absolutely loved the entire procedure from prep to post op. She didn't have anything bad to say. I watch a lot of movies & concerts & I would sometimes opt out to wearing my glasses (also don't wear contacts) so having the surgery heped solve all that! It especially helped out at coachella! (What was your favorite moment during your time with us?) Talking to Dr. Maboudi about the surgery & examining my vision during the post op. Secondary reasons included the staff was accommodating and worked well together. Most of the staff was well informed. Your system/procedures/protocol seem to be in proper order. You stood out from other firms. No one had that terrible "not my job" attitude. (What was your favorite moment during your time with us?) The photo with Dr. Reed right afterward or just about any conversation I had with him.
I liked the combination of the personal touch where everyone was friendly. And, the visits were quick, with almost zero waiting. Everyone was great!
