Dr. Reed was wonderful and reassuring. I wanted a large facility with very publicized success rates - the internal posted testimonials of local celebrities made me feel very safe. If service were poor, there wouldn't be so many public names submitting their thanks - and conversely would publicize criticism instead. I've never heard Griffin & Reed criticized by friends or media.
